Virba is a word puzzle game developed by Paul Butterworth, trading as Nerve Films. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

Information We Collect

Virba does not collect, track, or store personal data. We do not require user accounts, and we do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.

User Content

All game statistics, progress, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this content.

Third-Party Services

Virba uses an external dictionary API to retrieve word definitions. When you look up a word, that word is sent to the dictionary service. No personal information is transmitted. The dictionary service is subject to its own privacy policy.

Crash Reporting

If you have enabled "Share iPhone Analytics" in your device settings, Apple may provide the developer with anonymised crash reports. These reports do not contain personal information and are provided by Apple under their own privacy policies. Virba does not operate its own crash reporting systems.

Support

If you contact us for support via email, we will receive your email address and any information you choose to include. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, is not shared with third parties, and is deleted within 30 days.
